1. Agreement
Using mountpilot.online, filing a job brief, requesting a quote, or accepting a dispatch constitutes agreement to the terms set out below. MountPilot ("we," "our") may amend these terms; the version live on this page at the moment of your booking is the version governing that booking.
2. Services rendered
MountPilot performs residential and small-commercial television wall mounting, cable concealment, soundbar bracket installation, and related light fabrication described on the Services page. We do not sell televisions, install electrical circuits, perform structural work beyond installation anchoring, or provide interior-design consultation.
3. Quotes & scope
Quotes are fixed-scope, based on intake information you provide. They are valid for 14 days unless extended in writing. If on-site conditions materially differ from what was scoped (wall material not as described, inaccessible cable path, etc.), the crew lead will halt, explain, and offer a revised scope before continuing. You may decline; no charge applies in that case.
4. Dispatch & arrival
Accepted quotes book a 90-minute arrival window. We text approximately 30 minutes before arrival. Rescheduling requests received with at least 24 hours' notice are accommodated without fee in the next available slot.
If you're unreachable within the booked window with no notice, we wait up to 15 minutes then depart. Rebooking is offered; a missed-dispatch fee of $35 may apply at our discretion in case of repeated occurrences.
5. Customer responsibilities
To enable a clean dispatch you agree to:
- Provide accurate intake information about the wall, TV, and room.
- Allow reasonable access to the installation area, with fragile items cleared.
- Confirm screen placement before drilling — adjustments at that stage are free; later they require re-quoting.
- Make payment as agreed, typically on job completion.
6. Workmanship warranty
MountPilot stands behind installation work with a 12-month workmanship warranty. Any installed component — bracket, anchors, cable routing, patch work — that loosens, fails, or visibly deteriorates within 12 months under normal residential use is rectified at no charge.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from third-party adjustment, modification, or furniture relocation.
- Water leaks, structural movement, or environmental changes.
- Defective hardware you supplied that was not under our control.
- Acts of nature or deliberate force.
The workmanship warranty is separate from any manufacturer warranty on supplied hardware.
7. Liability
We carry general liability insurance and take reasonable care on every job. We are not liable for:
- Wall finish beyond standard patch-and-spackle (paint matching not included).
- Pre-existing wall, structural, or electrical defects revealed during installation.
- Loss of use, data loss from disconnected equipment, or indirect consequential damages.
- Outcomes that result from inaccurate intake information you provided.
To the extent permitted by law, total liability for any single dispatch is capped at the amount you paid for that dispatch.
8. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept card (via third-party processor), bank transfer, or cash. Receipt is emailed within 24 hours. Late payments over 14 days overdue may incur an administrative fee.
9. Use of this website
Use the site for legitimate personal purposes — researching services, reaching dispatch, reviewing documents. You agree not to:
- Interfere with site operation, scrape at unreasonable rates, or probe for vulnerabilities.
- Submit false information through our forms.
- Use our brand or content unlawfully.
10. Intellectual property

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version live on this page at the moment of your booking governs that booking. Material changes are flagged at the top for at least 30 days.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MountPilot operates. Disputes not resolved informally are heard in the courts of that jurisdiction.
