Every MountPilot job begins with a pre-flight: we calibrate the mount to your wall and your screen before we touch a drill. Then we execute against a checklist — anchors, leveling, cable routing, signal verification — and sign off post-flight with you watching. No improvisation, no upsell, no surprises.
MountPilot installations are checklist-driven. Each phase has explicit pass criteria — none of it is skipped, none of it is improvised. The result is the same finish, every time, regardless of which crew lead is on the job.
Photos of the wall and the TV model number unlock a calibrated quote — wall type, anchor strategy, cable path, and fixed price.
On site: drop cloths down, studs marked, mount unboxed, anchor torque computed. We confirm screen placement with you before drilling.
Hardware matched to wall material. Brackets lag-bolted to structure. Cables run in-wall or via paintable raceway. Level verified twice.
Tilt and motion tested. Picture and sound verified. Walk-through completed with you. Drop cloths up, packaging out with us.
Average door-to-door: 40 minutes for a standard wall mount with cable drop. Cable concealment adds 25 – 35 min.

The most-flown plan. Drywall, plaster, or brick. We locate structure, choose anchors matched to the wall, level to within a hair, and route the cord drop cleanly. 32"–85" televisions.
Pull-down or extended-tilt brackets to bring the screen down to eye-level when seated. Heat-rated hardware, mantle-aware routing, viewing angle calibrated to your seating distance.
Power and HDMI routed inside the wall using code-compliant kits with a relocated outlet behind the TV. The cleanest possible finish — nothing visible between the screen and the console.
Most jobs fall into one of three tiers — picked at intake, fixed at quote. No surprise climbs, no upgrade pressure at the wall.

Selected notes from the post-flight log. Real installations, real customers, real reactions.
"The text confirmation, the on-time arrival, the laminated checklist they brought to the door — it felt like an airline crew, not a guy with a drill. We've already booked them for the bedroom."
"They walked us through the heat curve on our gas fireplace, picked a bracket that handled it, and the TV sits at exactly the right angle now. Calm, methodical, no rush. I'd hire them again."
"In-wall routing in a rental? They knew exactly which conditions made it OK and which didn't. Recommended the raceway alternative instead. Honest, careful, fast — exactly what I wanted."
